Huevos Rancheros
Two over easy eggs, served on a crisp flour tortilla, drunk beans (w/pork), cheese, avocado and ranchera salsa.
Breakfast Burrito
Flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, rice, black beans, avocado sauce, chorizo and crack sauce.
Cornmeal Cakes
Short stack of cornmeal pancakes, served with fresh berries, ginger lime butter and Vermont maple syrup.

Jalapeno cheddar grits, slow cooked chipotle pork, served with one poached egg and roasted corn salsa.
